This is a marketing site
This website is the public marketing presence of FinTech Micro (FTM). It describes our products and how to get in touch. It does not require an account, it does not take payments, and it does not collect personal information unless you choose to contact us.
There is no contact form on this site. The only way we receive information from you here is if you send us an email.
Emails are private and confidential
All email sent to FinTech Micro, including hello@fintechmicro.com and any other FTM address, is regarded as private and confidential.
We use that correspondence only to:
- read and understand your enquiry
- reply to you
- continue the conversation you started
We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list from a first email, and we do not share your correspondence with third parties except where we must (for example, a legal obligation) or where you have asked us to involve someone else.
What this site itself collects
This is a static marketing page. We do not run advertising pixels, analytics dashboards, or tracking cookies on this site.
Like any website, the host that serves these pages may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify you or to build a profile.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive a technical request when your browser fetches those files.
Our products are a separate matter
FTM’s extraction and related products are built so that customer documents are processed transiently: they pass through, they are not stored, and they are not used to train models. That product handling is governed by the commercial terms agreed with the customer, not by this marketing-site policy.
Questions
If you want something deleted, corrected, or simply want to know what we hold from an email you sent, write to hello@fintechmicro.com and we will deal with it.
This policy describes how we treat this marketing website and inbound email. It is not a substitute for a customer contract, and it is not legal advice.
